The 262 Towers project, developed by Bambau GMYO, a Turkish-Arab partnership, consists of three 14-story blocks. The residences in 262 Towers range from 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, to 3+1 types, with areas varying between 50 and 138 square meters.

Located on the D-100 Highway, adjacent to Yahya Kaptan Neighborhood and directly opposite the Symbol Life Center, the 262 Towers project comprises offices and residences. The project consists of three 14-story towers, with two blocks designed as business centers and one as a residential building. Sales for the 262 Towers project, which began in March, were officially launched at a press event held at Çırağan Palace on May 23, 2017. The project's model apartment and office are now open for visitors.

All 420 offices in the 262 Towers project are built with balconies. Equipped with smart home systems, the offices will feature centralized heating and cooling. VIP services will be available for transportation to any destination, whether within the city or to the airport. The residential section, with 160 units, will deliver 1+0 and 1+1 apartments fully furnished, including everything from bedding to white goods and accessories.
