The Uplife Kadıköy project, developed by Teknik Yapı, is being constructed on a 16,000-square-meter plot. The project consists of four towers—three with 23 floors and one with 22 floors—housing 830 luxury residences and 20 commercial units. Currently, Uplife Kadıköy offers 526 one-bedroom (1+1), 261 two-bedroom (2+1), and 43 three-bedroom (3+1) apartments. The residential units are designed to be used as offices or home offices under the management plan. The apartment sizes range from 50 to 130 square meters.

The apartments in Uplife Kadıköy are eligible for bank loans.

For instance, current real estate prices in Western Ataşehir range between 8,000 and 11,000 Turkish Lira per square meter, while launch prices in Fikirtepe vary between 7,000 and 8,500 Lira per square meter. This demonstrates that Fikirtepe has already caught up with Ataşehir in terms of pricing. Once life flourishes here, it will undoubtedly surpass Ataşehir."
