The Self Istanbul project, constructed by Karden Construction Inc., rises on Adile Naşit Boulevard in Esenyurt. The project consists of 609 residential units and 60 commercial spaces. Within the project, 1+1 apartments range from 66 to 93 square meters, 2+1 apartments from 103 to 188 square meters, 3+1 apartments from 155 to 205 square meters, and 4+1 apartments from 215 to 290 square meters.

Karden Construction continues its investments in Esenyurt. Following the Avenue Residence project and the launch of Sembol Istanbul, Karden Construction has initiated its new project, named "Self Istanbul." Strategically located for transportation convenience, Self Istanbul stands out due to its proximity to Istanbul's busiest transportation corridor, the E-5 Highway, as well as shopping malls and public transportation options. The project is situated in an area surrounded by vital transportation networks such as the Metrobus, TEM Highway, and Atatürk Airport, providing significant advantages to investors. The construction of the school within the project has been completed, and it is now open for education. Currently, 40% of the Self Istanbul project's construction has been finalized.

Rising on a 132,000-square-meter construction area with an investment of 203 million TL in one of the most valuable locations in the region, the project stands out with its extensive landscaping and vibrant social living spaces. In Self Istanbul, 85% of the project area is dedicated to landscaping, offering a green-textured concept, aesthetic architecture, comfortable apartments, commercial spaces for daily needs, and rich sports and social amenities for an enjoyable residential experience. The project also includes a marketplace concept with 60 shops designed to meet the needs of the area, creating a specialized business and living environment for investors. Catering to families with children, the project features a 27-classroom private school as well as open and enclosed activity areas where children can safely enjoy their time.

Paşa Karadeniz, Chairman of the Board of Karden Construction, stated: "With our Sembol Istanbul project, built adjacent to the Beylikdüzü-Bahçeşehir TEM connection route, we received full marks from our customers. Many of our clients who purchased homes in this project also brought along their loved ones from the surrounding area. To meet the growing demand, we are now launching our second project in the region, Self Istanbul. We have kept the prices economical relative to the region and project amenities. In this project, with a floor height of 370 cm, we have developed a 1,000-square-meter social facility for children. Self Istanbul, designed as a family-oriented project, consists of 20% 1+1 units and 80% 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 units. Upon completion, we expect rental prices to start from 1,300 TL. Our initial investors in Sembol earned a premium of around 150%. Our goal is to create projects that meet people's needs while delivering value. While property values in the region hover around 350,000 TL, we launched sales starting from 229,000 TL. We have already received nearly 20% in pre-orders."
