The 3rd Istanbul project, constructed by the ASAF Business Partnership formed by Al Zamil, Seha Yapı, Adesa, and Fuzul Group, consists of 3 phases. The project includes 1,500 residences ranging from 2+1 to 5+1 in size, 107 street shops, and 102 bazaar stores. In 3rd Istanbul, the 2+1 units range from 105.75 to 154.88 square meters, the 3+1 units range from 160 to 176 square meters, and the 4+1 units range from 206 to 222 square meters.

For the first phase deliveries in 3rd Istanbul, installment plans without bank involvement or interest are available: 24 months for apartments to be delivered in June 2019 and 48 months for apartments to be delivered in October 2019.
