Next Level Çayyolu

The Next Level Çayyolu project spans a land area of 42,184 square meters with a construction area of 166,000 square meters. The project currently offers 92 different types of residences, ranging from 3+1 to 7+2 units. Next Level Çayyolu comprises 354 apartments, 40 town villas, 20 lofts, and 10 penthouses. In the South Island section of the project, there are 226 apartments across two 24-story blocks. The East Island section features 76 apartments in 3 blocks, while the West Island section includes 127 apartments in 7 blocks.

Those wishing to become homeowners in the newly launched phase of Next Level Çayyolu can take advantage of a 120-month installment plan with zero interest. As part of the campaign, 4+1 apartments are available with a 10% down payment and installments starting from 4,310 TL, along with discounts of up to 25% for early closures.

Next Level Çayyolu is primarily preferred for residential purposes.

Erdoğan noted that they sold 30% of the project within six months, with prices aligned with Çayyolu's average per-square-meter rates. He added that in the Next Level Ankara project, per-square-meter prices started at 5,300 TL and exceeded 10,000 TL within three years.
