Named Lensistanbul, this new development is set to rise adjacent to the World Atlantis Shopping Mall in Kurtköy. Located right next to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the Lensistanbul project is positioned in a highly attractive spot for investors.
Lensistanbul, situated in an excellent location opposite Sabiha Gökçen Airport and adjacent to Kurtköy Technopark, has begun to be recognized as the leading project in the region. With its attractive starting prices, architectural features, and prime location, Lensistanbul stands out as a project with high investment potential. Its proximity to the TEM Highway and metro station, as well as its easy access to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and urban transportation networks, makes Lensistanbul one of the city's most sought-after projects.
Mert Kutlu, a member of Lens Yapı's Board of Directors, stated, 'We have approximately 100 apartments remaining for sale in our project. About 20% of the apartment sales were made to Turks living abroad. The project's proximity to the airport is a significant advantage. Buyers have primarily preferred 1+1 apartments. We also see airport employees and businesspeople from Anatolia among the residential buyers.' He further noted that housing prices in Kurtköy have increased by 20% in one year and over 100% in five years, adding: 'Five years ago, housing prices were 1,500 TL per square meter, but now they have reached up to 6,000 TL. The Sabiha Gökçen-Kurtköy metro line, which will integrate the Kadıköy and Üsküdar metro lines, is set to open in 2020, further enhancing the value of Lens Istanbul. The Yenişehir station will open right inside the Lens Istanbul project. Additionally, Lens Istanbul will feature Turkey's largest open-air bazaar.'
