The Anatolium Marmara project, bearing the signature partnership of Maya Holding and Yılsan Holding, is being constructed on a 40,000-square-meter area. The 38-story tower features 46,000 square meters of office and home office spaces. Each floor in Anatolium Marmara spans 1,200 square meters, with four independent sections per floor. The sizes of the offices and home offices range between 300 and 450 square meters.

Rising in Kartal, Istanbul's rapidly developing central district, Anatolium Marmara is poised to become one of the city's iconic landmarks. Designed as a mixed-use development combining living and shopping spaces, one side of the Anatolium Marmara project will house offices, while the other will serve as a residential area. As part of the project, Istanbul's third and Turkey's sixth IKEA store is under construction. Additionally, the project includes a shopping mall hosting nearly 150 retail outlets. Inspired by Kartal's dynamic growth, the Maya Anatolium Tower stands as the region's most modern corporate building. Featuring the only 360-degree observation terrace on the Anatolian side, the tower is designed to accommodate 2,500 employees, offering unparalleled panoramic views of the sea and the Princes' Islands from every floor. The project, developed on land owned by the Öbekli Family and Yılsan Holding, has an estimated value of $180 million. The IKEA store within the project is expected to welcome 4 million visitors annually, while the shopping mall anticipates 15 million visitors each year. The shopping mall and IKEA in Anatolium Marmara are slated for completion in the last quarter of 2017, with the Anatolium Tower, housing offices and home offices, set for delivery in the second quarter of 2018.

Located between the Cevizli and Kartal intersections, which connect the TEM highway and the coastal road, the Anatolium Marmara project is just 4 minutes from Kartal city center, 2 minutes from the coastal road junction, 6 minutes from Dragos, 5 minutes from Maltepe, and 15 minutes from Caddebostan Beach. The final status of the offices and home offices in the Anatolium Marmara project remains undetermined. Whether the independent units in the Anatolium Tower will be sold will be clarified in the coming days.
