Gölbahçe Evleri (Lake Garden Homes), established on a 21,000-square-meter plot in Mimar Sinan Neighborhood, Sultanbeyli, consists of 227 residences. The low-rise project, comprising six blocks, offers garden-floor duplex apartments with spacious terraces, as well as 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 units in varying sizes. The 2+1 units start from 70 square meters, the 3+1 units from 150 square meters, and the 4+1 units from 197 square meters.
Sur Yapı's new campaign, 'Golden Campaign,' is applicable for the Gölbahçe Evleri project. Under this campaign, the company offers the following payment options:
1- Interest-free installment plan for 60 months with no down payment,
2- A 20% down payment, with 10% payable after one year and another 10% after two years as an interim payment, followed by an 84-month installment plan for the remaining 60%.
Sur Yapı is launching yet another investment in Sultanbeyli. Following the Idilia, İlkbahar, and İlkbahar 2 projects, Sur Yapı is commencing construction on the Gölbahçe Evleri project with an investment of 150 million Turkish Lira. Located near the northern forests, Paşaköy toll booths, and the TEM highway, Gölbahçe Evleri will be approximately 10 minutes away from Ataşehir. The project is also situated along the high-speed rail line, the under-construction third bridge, and the Northern Marmara Highway route.
Gölbahçe Evleri will be adjacent to a 100-acre university campus, the 400-bed Sultanbeyli State Hospital, and a planned metro line currently in the tender phase. Additionally, the project is in close proximity to the ongoing construction of the Gulf Crossing Bridge, which will shorten the distance between Istanbul, Bursa, and Izmir via the connecting highways.
Sur Yapı's Chairman of the Board, Altan Elmas, stated that the company has invested over 600 million Turkish Lira in the region since April 2014 and has sold more than 1,000 residences. "We have transformed the region into a continuously appreciating market. With the completion of the third bridge and the activation of the Northern Marmara Highway, we anticipate further increases in the value of this area," he said. The 2+1 units in the project have already sold out.
