Within the Temasehir Konya project, 42nd Street will host a shopping avenue concept featuring internationally renowned brands and restaurants, alongside a 20,000-square-meter square intended to become a new symbolic landmark for Konya. The area will also include a thematic pool, clock tower, mosque, park, and youth and cultural center. Spanning approximately 500 meters, 42nd Street will be lined with carefully designed shops and boutiques.
Temasehir Konya, the first and only project in Konya's Meram district built under Emlak Konut GYO's income-sharing model, began sales on August 6th. The first phase of the project saw overwhelming demand during its launch weekend, with the sales office bustling with activity.
