Jardin Eden, established on a 124,000-square-meter plot in the Şifne region of Çeşme, consists of 118 villas across 10 different villa options and 60 residences spread over 6 separate mansions. As the largest project in Çeşme, Jardin Eden features villas ranging from 180 to 350 square meters in size. The villas are designed as 3+1, 4+1, and 6+2 layouts, while the residences in the mansions come in 1+0, 1+1, and 2+1 configurations.
According to the campaign valid between August 1-31, buyers can utilize a loan with a 20% down payment and a 0.70% interest rate for up to 120 months.
Jardin Eden garnered significant interest even before its launch.
Pana Yapı, renowned for its projects in Kadıköy, Fikirtepe, Bağdat Avenue, and Üsküdar, chose Çeşme in İzmir for its new venture. Built on the largest plot in Çeşme, the project revives the architectural essence of traditional Aegean houses. Comprising luxury villas and residences, the project also includes a boutique hotel. Residents will enjoy premium residential services. Nestled in one of Çeşme's most beautiful coves, Jardin Eden is located just 2 kilometers from Ilıca Beach, with a direct 800-meter distance to the sea. The project features a private cove, offering residents exclusive shuttle services to the beach. Each villa sits on a 1-acre plot and includes a private pool.
The first phase of Jardin Eden, consisting of 44 villas, has been released for sale. During the launch, Mahir Şaşmaz, Group Chairman of Pana Yapı Construction, highlighted that Jardin Eden is a unique project in one of Çeşme's most picturesque coves. He stated, 'Çeşme is a district celebrated worldwide for its history, culture, architecture, natural beauty, and renowned culinary scene. We are bringing to life a project that will captivate admirers in this globally admired location. We named it Jardin Eden, meaning ‘Garden of Eden,’ to reflect Çeşme’s heavenly charm.' Şaşmaz emphasized that 30% of the first-phase villas, with an investment cost of 150 million TL, were sold through pre-orders. He added, 'These villas blend Southern French and Aegean architectural styles. Our vision for Jardin Eden was to create a seamless integration with Çeşme—featuring spacious squares, lavender-lined walking paths, linden-scented bicycle trails, cobblestone pathways, stone walls, arches, observation terraces, serene gazebos, an olive workshop, and customizable garden spaces—all while offering panoramic sea views.'
Price range for residences: 1,652,000 TL to 2,500,000 TL.
