Vadiyaka Street Shops were sold through auction

Vadiyaka Street Shops, part of Fuzul Yapı's specialized project Vadiyaka Başakşehir, went on sale via open auction on Sunday, January 24, organized by Eskidji. The shops were offered starting at 199,000 TL, and 28 out of the 42 shops were sold.

Eyüp Akbal, Vice Chairman of Fuzul Group's Board of Directors, stated: 'We have been developing projects in Başakşehir since the early 2000s. We have brought to life nearly 400 commercial units, including Kent Neriva, Kent Ariva, Kent Evila, and our flagship project, Olimpa AVM, Başakşehir’s first shopping mall. The value of Olimpa Park Street shops, which were priced at 10,000 TL 30 months ago, has now risen to around 30,000 TL, reflecting a 200% increase. Despite high demand in the secondary market, owners are reluctant to sell. Başakşehir's population is rapidly growing, currently at 400,000, with projections reaching 750,000—and I foresee it surpassing 1 million. Soon, the area will have a larger population than many Anatolian cities. Given this growth, Başakşehir offers both residents and investors the opportunity to secure profitable real estate investments. We believe commercial units here will be highly lucrative due to rising demand. Our 42 commercial units, located in a high-traffic area, cover a total of 10,000 square meters. Post-sale services and management consultancy will be handled by Nevita’s expert team.'
