Teknik Yapı Brings Evora to Denizli
The Evora Istanbul project, which yielded a 1:3 return on investment in Istanbul, is now being introduced to Denizli. Teknik Yapı, having won the bid for Emlak Konut GYO's 115,291-square-meter land plot in Denizli's Merkez Efendi district, will develop residential, commercial, educational facilities, and park areas on this land. The project, targeting a minimum revenue of 750 million Turkish Lira, will incorporate nearly all the features required for modern urban living.
Nazmi Durbakayım, Chairman of the Board of Teknik Yapı, stated, "Together with Emlak Konut GYO, we achieved numerous successes and milestones by implementing one of the first revenue-sharing models in Ataşehir. We also collaborated with Emlak Konut GYO in Tuzla. In Evora Istanbul, one of Turkey's leading projects with 5,000 residences, we created a living space for approximately 20,000 people. Now, we are laying the foundation for Emlak Konut GYO's expansion into Anatolia after Ankara, right here in Denizli." Durbakayım added that Teknik Yapı's commitment to delivering at least a 1:2 return on investment in every project would continue in Denizli, with competitive and affordable pricing tailored to the city. He also noted that Denizli ranks third in Teknik Yapı's residential sales distribution over the past decade, after Istanbul and Ankara, further justifying the choice of Denizli for expansion. In Evora Denizli, 552 apartments were prioritized for sale initially. Only one 1+1 apartment remains available in the project.
