Investors who purchase these student residences will entrust the management of their properties to Erkanlı Group and Asset Campus for 15 years. Once the investment becomes operational in the last quarter of 2018, they will begin receiving regular monthly rental income. Rooms measuring 45 square meters, designed to accommodate three students, are planned to be priced at a minimum of 700 Turkish Lira per student. This will ensure a total rental income of 2,100 Turkish Lira. Forty percent of the total income will be deducted for operational expenses, leaving investors with a net monthly income of 1,260 Turkish Lira. Until the project's completion, the property value is expected to increase by an average of 50% compared to the launch price. Considering that rents are projected to rise annually over the 15-year period, the investment's payback period is anticipated to drop below eight years.
