Toskana Orizzonte

Located in the Büyükçekmece Lake Valley, Toskana Orizzonte spans a land area of 1,068,000 square meters with a construction area of 450,000 square meters. The project comprises 187 single-story, fully independent villas featuring high ceilings, private inner gardens, traditional clay tiles, stone walls, and a Mediterranean identity. The spacious villa-style residences, some as large as 695 square meters, will be delivered in two phases: the first phase on September 30, 2015, and the second phase on June 30, 2016.

At Toskana Orizzonte, after a 20% down payment, no further payments are required for 10 months. Sixty percent of the home price is due after 10 months, and the remaining 20% is payable upon delivery. Additionally, a 10% VAT discount is currently available for all villas in the project.

Sixty percent of Toskana Orizzonte was sold within three months.

Developed by Emaar Turkey, the Toskana Valley project reinterprets the Tuscan identity in Büyükçekmece by merging with Park Village, a 'single-story living concept' created by Arıkan Yapı. Arıkan Yapı, which first introduced the single-story living concept to Turkey with the Park Village project in 2013, continues this vision with Toskana Orizzonte, developed in partnership with Emaar Turkey within the Toskana Valley.

With a total investment value of $200 million, Toskana Orizzonte boasts an ideal location for villa living, surrounded by educational institutions, hospitals, shopping centers, equestrian clubs, water sports centers, Hezarfen Airport, marinas, and alternative transportation routes. Situated 21 kilometers from Atatürk Airport, 4.2 kilometers from the TEM Highway, and 6.8 kilometers from the Metrobus Tüyap station, Toskana Orizzonte also stands out for its proximity to the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge's extension, the 3rd Ring Road, and the future 3rd Airport, which will have the world's highest passenger capacity.

One of Toskana Orizzonte's most notable features is its generously sized kitchens, designed for homeowners to spend their entire day in. Ranging from 18 to 51 square meters, these kitchens ensure that the homes are always lively. Another highlight of the project is the expansive gardens, covering up to 4,000 square meters, where homeowners can grow their own produce, and children can thrive in a nature-rich environment. Since its launch in April, 60% of the 109 villas in the first two phases have been sold.
