The Still Istanbul Adoria project, established on a 10-acre area in Kurtköy, bears the signature of Ayhan Yıldız from AVT Architecture. The project, which spans a construction area of 27,000 square meters, comprises 199 residences across 3 blocks. The blocks are designed as ground floor + 9 floors. At Adoria, the units are designed as follows: 1+1 apartments range from 54-70 square meters, open-plan 2+1 apartments range from 86-103 square meters, standard 2+1 apartments range from 110-115 square meters, open-plan 3+1 apartments range from 121-122 square meters, standard 3+1 apartments range from 136-153 square meters, and 4+1 apartments range from 207-214 square meters.

The apartments in the Still Istanbul Adoria project are eligible for bank loans.

Yeşilyurt Construction has added another project to its "Still" brand. The company, which previously built Still Istanbul, Still Istanbul Comfort, and Still Istanbul Diamond, has once again chosen Kurtköy for its new project. With an investment value of 70 million TRY, construction is expected to begin in April 2015. The project emphasizes the importance of social living and does not include any commercial units. Remarkably, 40% of the project was sold within just two weeks.

Adoria, rising within walking distance of ViaPort Shopping Mall, also stands out for its proximity to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Pendik Marina, and the TEM highway. Metin Yeşilyurt, Chairman of the Board of Yeşilyurt Construction, highlighted that Still Istanbul Adoria is a boutique project prioritizing green spaces in its horizontal design. He also emphasized the abundance of apartment options with balconies and gardens. In response to demand, Adoria features balconies extending up to 14 square meters and gardens up to 58 square meters.

During a press conference, Metin Yeşilyurt discussed the premium potential of Still Istanbul Adoria. "We have always ensured that our projects provide returns to investors.
