Located in Başakşehir, one of Istanbul's fastest-growing districts, Vadişehir has already seen the initial phase of 400 units sell out. During the first phase, the price per square meter ranged between 2,900 TL and 3,600 TL. During the second-phase launch, Yüksel Akgül, Chairman of Vadişehir's Board of Directors, announced that a domestic investor had purchased an entire block of 122 units. Akgül also stated that the project does not engage in bulk sales to foreign investors, as this is not their preferred approach.

Strategically positioned near key amenities such as metro lines, City Park, City Hospital, schools, and public spaces, Vadişehir will significantly enhance the value of the area with its 650 residences and 60 commercial units. Situated in one of Başakşehir's most prestigious locations, the project represents a 550 million TL investment across a 50,000-square-meter site. Adjacent to a 380,000-square-meter urban park, Vadişehir's residential composition is 60% 3+1 apartments.

Vadişehir boasts excellent connectivity, with proximity to major transportation routes such as the TEM Highway, Northern Marmara Motorway, Third Airport, Third Bridge, and the Istanbul Canal. The project faces a 5,000-bed Health Complex and is just a 3-minute walk from Başak Konutları Metro Station. It is also within walking distance of the upcoming Havaray Başakşehir Station and a 5-minute drive from both the Olympic Stadium and Fatih Terim Stadium.
