Station 24, located within walking distance of Halkalı central station and at one of Halkalı's busiest intersections, boasts a construction area of 10,922 square meters. The project, which consists of residential, office, and retail units, is set to begin construction in April. Station 24 comprises 98 residential and office units, along with 6 retail spaces. The project offers 83 one-bedroom-plus-one units ranging from 58 to 104 square meters and 15 two-bedroom-plus-one units ranging from 86 to 119 square meters.

For those who prefer to make payments within the company, a 10% discount is offered. Buyers who pay upfront or provide a minimum 25% down payment and finance the remainder with a housing loan receive a 15% discount.
