The commercial spaces of the Park Mavera project, bearing the signature of the Macro – Akyapı Joint Venture, are now on sale under the name Meydan Shops. Comprising 330 shops, Meydan Shops offers the opportunity to reach hundreds of thousands of consumers daily for both local and international businesses. The project includes 90 street shops, 102 terrace shops, 80 street stores, and 58 terrace stores.

1- Cash sale or bank credit sale: A 6% sales discount will be applied if the full price of the purchased shop is paid in cash or via bank credit.

2- Cash and installment sale (Option 1): If 75% of the purchased shop's price is paid in cash or via bank credit, and the remaining amount is paid in two equal installments with a 12.5% interest-free term, a 3% discount will be applied.

3- Cash and installment sale (Option 2): If 55% of the purchased shop's price is paid in cash or via bank credit, and the remaining amount is paid in three equal installments with a 15% interest-free term.

Located in the heart of Başakşehir Central, Meydan Shops is built in Turkey's first planned city square, positioned at the core of a 1-million-person city. The pre-demand process for Meydan Shops, which was unveiled at the launch event on Monday, February 23, 2015, concluded on March 13, 2015. The auction took place on March 15, 2015.
