The Europark project, constructed in the Bahçekent area, consists of 1,394 residential units and 84 commercial units. Built on an area of 78,640 square meters, the project is located very close to a massive 160,000-square-meter city park. In the Europark project, 1+1 units are designed to be 64-73 square meters, 2+1 units range from 100-120 square meters, 3+1 units span 145-160 square meters, and 4+1 units measure 174-185 square meters. The 1+1 units in the project have already sold out.

The Europark Bahçekent project, which has an agreement with Ziraat Bank, offers homeownership opportunities with a bank loan at a 0.98 interest rate and a 120-month installment plan.

Europark Bahçekent delivered a 24% return in just one year.

Constructed by Cihan Construction and Housing, the winner of the Emlak Konut Hoşdere Phase 3 tender, the Europark project had been in a pre-demand phase for some time. The project's promotional event was held on April 8, 2015. During the pre-demand phase, the project received 5,500 pre-orders, and sales officially began on April 11, 2015.

From the beginning to the end of 2015, average prices in Bahçekent increased by approximately 24%, rising from 2,300 lira to 2,850 lira. Bengi Hışır, Director of Business Development and Marketing at Cihan Construction, stated, 'We were among the first to recognize Bahçekent's high premium potential and invested in the area.' Emphasizing the high premium potential of Europark Bahçekent, developed in collaboration with Cihan Construction and Housing under the guarantee of Emlak Konut GYO, Hışır noted, 'We believed in the area from the very beginning and assured investors they would profit. Indeed, by year-end, calculations showed that those who purchased homes in our project saw their investments appreciate. At the start of the year, square meter prices in the area were around 2,300 lira, but by year-end, this figure rose to 2,850 lira, reflecting a 24% gain. Currently, prices are estimated at 3,500 lira.'

The Europark Bahçekent project, with an investment value of 600 million TL, features famous football coach Mustafa Denizli as its advertising face. Located in the Bahçekent area, marketed as 'New Istanbul,' the Europark project is strategically positioned near the TEM Highway and the Northern Marmara Highway, extending to the Istanbul Canal project. Adjacent to a 160,000-square-meter city park, the Europark project's blocks are designed to avoid obstructing each other's views or sunlight. All apartments in the project either overlook the city park or the landscaped areas within the complex.

Between January and May of this year, Europark Bahçekent, developed by Cihan Construction, became the sales leader in the Emlak Konut league for five consecutive months. The company sold a total of 284 residential units in the first five months, outperforming its closest competitor, which sold 224 units. The company recorded sales of 52 units in January, 69 in February, 53 in March, 41 in April, and 69 in May. Revenue from these sales over five months amounted to 122,892,524 lira. During the same period, Emlak Konut reported sales of 2,237 units across 92 ongoing projects, generating a total revenue of 1,461,382,638 lira.

The lowest and highest housing prices in the project range from 493,000 TL to 805,000 TL.
