The first phase of the İnistanbul project, expected to consist of over 3,000 independent units, has been launched for sale under the name Gala. İnistanbul Gala comprises a total of 1,140 units spread across 5 blocks. The initial phase of İnistanbul Gala includes 788 residences distributed across 4 blocks. The project features a variety of unit types: 1+1 units range from 48 to 118 square meters, 2+1 units span 73 to 144 square meters, 3+1 units cover 129 to 240 square meters, and 4+1 units extend from 214 to 308 square meters.
Purchasers of İnistanbul Gala can benefit from a 20% discount and utilize a 120-month bank loan. Additionally, flexible payment plans starting with just a 5% down payment are available.

Sales have commenced for the İnistanbul Gala project, a collaborative effort between Turkey's two leading real estate brands, İş GYO and Nef, designed to set a benchmark for urban living. Even before its foundation was laid, the project garnered overwhelming interest, receiving over 7,000 applications during the pre-demand phase. Located in Istanbul's Topkapı district on the 80-acre site of the former Şişecam factory, the project represents a $470 million investment. İnistanbul Gala enhances its appeal through its proximity to the city's vital arteries. Situated in an area hosting approximately 35,000 businesses and attracting an average of 1.3 million visitors daily, the project's value is further elevated by its closeness to shopping centers, an expanding transportation network, and sports and cultural facilities, forming a vibrant living corridor.
The site stands out due to its proximity to the metro line and boasts a 600-meter frontage along Dumlupınar Street, which connects the E-5 highway to Esenler Bus Terminal. Rising within a 130,000-square-meter transformation zone, İnistanbul Gala benefits from a reduced VAT rate of just 1%. Launched on May 28, the project's first phase includes 788 residences across 4 blocks. Of these, 618 units were sold even before the official launch. Due to high demand, an additional block from the second phase was released for sale, and 875 of the 1,142 units offered were sold within a mere three weeks.
The story behind İnistanbul: İş GYO and Nef acquired Şişecam's Topkapı land in October 2013. The two partners rolled up their sleeves to develop a new project on this site. The land, owned by Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. and Anadolu Cam Sanayi A.Ş., spans 80,239 square meters. After Şişecam relocated its factories, the vacant land was sold for 320 million TL, with İş GYO holding a 75% stake and Nef a 25% stake.
