1. A 10% discount opportunity. 2. A 10% down payment option. 3. 15% interim payments at the 12th and 24th months. 4. The remaining 60% of the housing cost can be paid in 120 monthly installments with a 0.98% interest rate, making homeownership accessible.

In Esenler Emlak Konutları Phase 2, an average of 20 residences are sold daily.

The urban transformation project in Esenler Airport Neighborhood, one of the first areas declared a 'risky zone' by the Council of Ministers in Turkey, is entering a new phase. The second phase of the Esenler Airport Neighborhood Urban Transformation, to be constructed on Plot 16, Block 1095, includes 970 residences and 23 commercial spaces for financing, launched for sale on October 13, 2014. Esenler Emlak Konutları Phase 2, designed with Seljuk architecture, will add significant value to the Esenler district. With an average of 15-20 residences sold daily, the project aims for completion within 18 months. The 1+1 apartments in the project have already sold out.
