The EVvel Istanbul project, developed in partnership between İntaya, İntes, and EYG Yapı, is designed as two distinct neighborhoods. The project comprises 678 residential units spread across 8 blocks, ranging from 11 to 29 stories. With a total construction area of 150,395 square meters, EVvel Istanbul offers a variety of apartment layouts: 2+1 units measure between 63-88 square meters, 3+1 units span 141-163 square meters, 4+1 units cover 187-205 square meters, and 5+1 units range from 222-223 square meters. Strategically located, EVvel is just 1 km away from Turkey's largest healthcare complex, Health City.

The residential units in the EVvel Istanbul project are eligible for mortgage financing.

In just one month, 275 units were sold in EVvel Istanbul.

The land auction for Başakşehir Kayabaşı Phase 3, launched by Emlak Konut GYO, was won by İntaya-İntes. The partnership for this 726 million TL plot also includes EYG Group, owned by Ömer Faruk Çelik.

Positioned at the heart of Kayabaşı, often referred to as the 'New Istanbul,' the EVvel Istanbul project promises residents the warmth of neighborhood living. Designed with a 'neighborhood culture' concept, EVvel is envisioned as a complete family-oriented project. While the development features a limited number of 1+1 units, demand has been overwhelming, with buyers queuing up within two months of launch. Contracts have been signed for 606 out of the 678 units, and 275 units have been officially sold.

With the slogan 'Just as it was in the past, EVvel offers even more,' the project boasts an investment value of 700 million TL. The project's website received 10,000 applications. Adjacent to EVvel Başakşehir, a new 700-unit project is slated for launch in early 2015. Priority will be given to those who expressed interest in EVvel Istanbul but were unable to secure a unit. Pre-sale information will be shared before permits are finalized. Sales for 1+1 units in the project have already been completed.

Sales for EVvel Istanbul are expected to conclude by the end of 2014. Ömer Faruk Çelik, Executive Board Chairman of EYG Real Estate Development, stated, 'We completed pre-sales for 275 out of 678 units within just one month. Beyond our sector experience and the trust in our partnership, the strong belief in Başakşehir's future potential played a significant role in this achievement.'
