The Park Mavera project, consisting of 672 residential units and 338 commercial units, has been designed across 8 blocks. Turkey's largest-scale urban planning project is set to begin in Istanbul's Başakşehir district. The country's first planned city square, construction of which is slated to start by the end of 2014, will span 60,000 square meters—twice the size of Taksim Square. The Makro-Akyapı partnership secured the land tender in Başakşehir's Kayabaşı district, offered by Emlak Konut GYO, with a bid of 1.4 billion Turkish lira. Development work has since commenced on the Kayabaşı Phase 4 project across this 53,086-square-meter plot, designed as 8 blocks. Dubbed "Park Mavera," the project saw most units sell rapidly, with all 2+1 and 3+1 apartments already sold, while limited 4+1 units remain available.

Ercan Uyan, CEO of Makro-Akyapı, emphasized the project's prime location in Başakşehir's emerging central hub, noting that pricing starts at exceptionally competitive levels for such a strategic area. He highlighted that their earlier projects, Bahçetepe and Mavera Başakşehir, delivered investment returns of 80% to 100% within two years, expressing confidence in replicating similar demand and premium potential for Park Mavera.
