The Main Street Shops of Seyran City, implemented in Kayaşehir, Turkey's largest satellite city, range in size from 42 to 1,350 square meters. The 63 shops, named Kayaşehir Main Street, are located just 3 minutes away from the Olympic Stadium and metro station, 2 minutes from the City Hospital, and 15 minutes from Atatürk Airport.

1- A 6% discount is applied for cash purchases or bank credit payments. The project has agreements with 11 banks.

2- A 60% down payment is required. The remaining amount is paid in 4 equal installments with no maturity difference. Payments will be made on December 15, 2014, June 15, 2015, December 15, 2015, and June 15, 2016. 

80% of the commercial project, with a total estimated value of 54 million Turkish Lira, was sold within one hour.

Kayaşehir Main Street, developed by Emlak Konut GYO and Makro İnşaat-Akyapı Joint Venture on the busiest street of Kayaşehir, was put up for sale through an auction. The auction attracted intense interest, with 80% of the 63 street-front shops sold within an hour. The shops, located on the widest and busiest main street of Kayaşehir, one of the world's largest satellite cities, have become a focal point of attraction due to the mega projects initiated by the government in the region, which are set to be completed shortly. The area, where life began two years ago with a target population of 1 million, is expected to attract even more residents with the Health City, featuring eight specialized hospitals, and the new airport, which will serve 1.5 million passengers annually.
