Akın noted that the square meter price of homes in the project started at 3,000 TL and has now reached 3,500 TL, with expectations to hit 4,000 TL upon completion. He emphasized that before the second price hike, the project still offers advantageous prices for homebuyers or investors. "We spent 2.5 years planning this project before breaking ground. We asked ourselves, 'Which home would we buy?' and based on the answer 'We would buy the home we’d be proud of,' we designed a residential project that benefits its buyers," Akın said.
