Following the completion of Kiptaş Hadımköy Residences Phase 1 and Phase 2, Hadımköy Residences Phase 3 has been launched, consisting of 1,544 apartments spread over an area of 47,000 square meters. Within the project, Kiptaş will construct an elementary school, a middle school, and a mosque. All units in the project are designed as 2-bedroom and 1-living room apartments, with a gross area of 84 square meters.

1- A down payment of 10% of the housing price is required. Monthly installments of 655 TL are paid over 24 months. After 24 months, an interim payment of 15% is made. The remaining housing balance is paid as 1,120 TL over 96 months.

2- A 10% down payment, with monthly installments of 3,600 TL over 24 months.

3- A 20% down payment, with monthly installments of 3,200 TL over 24 months.

4- A 30% down payment, with monthly installments of 2,800 TL over 24 months.

5- A 40% down payment, with monthly installments of 2,400 TL over 24 months.

6- A 50% down payment, with monthly installments of 2,000 TL over 24 months.

Situated near the TEM highway, the project also stands out for its proximity to the 3rd Airport and the Northern Marmara Highway. Eligible applicants for the project will be selected via a lottery system. Pre-applications were accepted from March 18 to April 4. One of the conditions for lottery participation is having resided in Istanbul for at least one year. The lottery draw took place on Saturday, April 19, at 12:00 PM at the Lütfü Kırdar Congress Center.
