Turkuaz Evleri (Turquoise Houses) consists of 3 independent villas and 20 twin villas, each spanning 350 square meters and built as 4+1 duplex units. In this project, reinforced concrete slabs were not used as the building's upper covering; instead, a direct roof covering was applied to complete the structure. This approach significantly minimized all potential risks, especially considering Izmir's location in a first-degree earthquake zone.
