Vaditepe Bahçeşehir, the second phase of a prestigious residential project developed on the most valuable and largest plot of land in Bahçeşehir, is offering 1,100 homes exclusively for public and institutional employees. Ownership in this project is determined through a lottery system. Vaditepe Bahçeşehir Phase 2 features 742 units of 95-square-meter 2+1 apartments and 358 units of 118-square-meter 3+1 apartments.

For the 2+1 apartments in Vaditepe Bahçeşehir Phase 2, a down payment of 2,000 Turkish Lira is required, while the 3+1 apartments require a 3,000 Turkish Lira down payment. Following this, a 10% deposit is paid, including these initial payments. After one year, an interim payment of 15% is made, and the remaining balance is settled over a period of up to 120 months.

KİPTAŞ’s grand project in Bahçeşehir, Vaditepe, received approximately 3,000 applications for its second phase, which consists of 1,100 homes exclusively available to employees of public institutions and organizations. As a result, a lottery system was implemented to allocate the apartments. Applications for the project were accepted between January 7 and January 22, 2014. Kiptaş Vaditepe Phase 2 includes both 2+1 and 3+1 apartments. The lottery draw took place on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at the Feshane Cultural Center under the supervision of a notary public, where all apartments were assigned to their new owners.
