Panorama Plus, the first project of Halk GYO, is rising in Odunpazarı, Eskişehir. Comprising 97 residential units and 5 commercial units, the Panorama Plus project boasts the city's tallest building with its 18-story block. The other two blocks will be constructed as twin structures, each 8 stories high, featuring especially terraced apartments. Launched as Eskişehir's tallest and most well-equipped project, Panorama Plus was realized after consulting the opinions of Eskişehir's residents. Aiming to elevate housing standards in Eskişehir, the Panorama Plus project is being developed with an investment of 35 million TL. The project also offers terraced and duplex apartment options. Halk GYO expects a minimum revenue of 60 million TL upon the completion of the Panorama Plus project. In Panorama Plus, which is anticipated to yield a minimum premium of 15%, 2+1 apartments find tenants starting from 1,000 TL to 1,500 TL.
