Diamond Tower

The Diamond Tower project, constructed by Gençoğlu Group, consists of 60 workshops spread across a 15-story single block. Entirely composed of industrially zoned workshops, the project features units starting from 268 square meters and going up to 3,260 square meters. The workshops are delivered at an advanced rough construction stage, ensuring flexibility for customization according to tenants' needs.

The Diamond Tower project offers a 25% down payment option with a 24-month installment plan facilitated directly by the company, making it an accessible investment for businesses seeking premium industrial spaces.

Designed by HHS Architecture – Hüseyin Sarı, Diamond Tower was developed to create a comfortable and modern workspace. The project exclusively features industrially zoned workshops, with floor condominium titles prepared for legal clarity and ownership convenience.

Additionally, dedicated 'Waste Gypsum Collection Rooms' have been designed to manage gypsum waste produced during manufacturing. The Shell&Core delivery model includes conditioned fresh air supply, adjusted seasonally and directed to relevant areas for optimal indoor air quality. Each independent unit comes with a minimum of two dedicated parking spaces, alongside reserved guest parking areas. For seamless mobility, three transition points connect parking areas to lobby spaces, while six high-speed elevators ensure comfortable vertical circulation between the ground floor and upper levels.

Located in Yenibosna, where the future of the jewelry industry is being shaped, Diamond Tower is just 500 meters from Kuyumcukent. Its prime position on Basın Ekspress provides direct access to the E5 and Tem highways, ensuring excellent connectivity.
