The Parliamentarians Golf Life project, developed by Ertan Çelik Construction, is being built on a 50,000-square-meter plot owned by TURYAP in Ankara Golfkent. The project comprises 320 residences, including 2+1 apartments with a gross area of 118 sqm and a net area of 101 sqm, 3+1 apartments with a gross area of 142 sqm and a net area of 124 sqm, 4+1 apartments with a gross area of 178 sqm and a net area of 159 sqm, and standalone villas with garden access, featuring a gross area of 244 sqm and a net area of 203 sqm.

Exclusively for the Parliamentarians Golf Life project, the company offers flexible payment options: 24 installments with no interest, 36-month installments at 0.58%, 48-month installments at 0.66%, and 60-month installments at 0.88%.

Until the end of 2018, a special launch discount of 25% is available on upfront payments based on the listed prices.

The foundation is being laid for Ankara's largest project

Ankara Golfkent, the capital's first internationally standardized golf course, spans 1.26 million square meters. The 50,000-square-meter plot for TURYAP's real estate development and investment project, Ankara Golfkent, was acquired by Parliamentarian in April of last year. The Parliamentarians Golf Life project, consisting of 320 residences, is being developed by Ertan Çelik Construction on the land purchased from TURYAP. The construction has begun on a build-for-shares basis, with TURYAP handling the sales and marketing of 148 apartments and 20 villas allocated to the contracting company.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Parliamentarians Golf Life project will take place on December 2, 2018, at 12:30 PM, with the participation of Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
