Soyak's new project under construction in Hadımköy consists of two phases. Planned to be built on a 29,718 square meter plot, the project includes a total of 973 residences. The first phase of the project features 544 residences and 21 shops across 3 blocks, while the second phase includes 429 residences in 2 blocks. The blocks are designed as ground floor + 12 stories.

Soyak is launching its second project in Hadımköy!

Having previously developed the Soyak Konforia project in Hadımköy, Soyak has once again chosen the same area for its new venture. The new project, planned in two phases, will comprise a total of 973 residences. The first phase of the Soyak Hadımköy project includes 544 residences and 21 shops, while the second phase features 429 residences. The first phase is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2020, and the second phase is expected to be completed by June 2021. Located 700 meters west of the project is Cumhuriyet Primary School, 3 kilometers to the north lies the Sazlıdere Dam, and 12 kilometers to the east is the Başakşehir State Hospital. Additionally, the Istanbul-Edirne Railway Line passes just 50 meters south of the project site. The Environmental Impact Assessment (ÇED) process for the project has commenced.
