Steps to participate in the auction for 42nd Street:
1 - Obtain the Auction Application Booklet from our consultants at the Temaşehir Konya sales office in Meram, Konya, or at the Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. Headquarters in Ataşehir, Istanbul.
2 - Deposit the Temporary Guarantee amount specified in the list of commercial independent units offered for sale in the booklet into the corporate account of Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. at T.C. Vakıfbank T.A.O.
3 - Applicants will receive an Auction Participation Certificate from the Temaşehir Konya sales office or Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. Headquarters upon submitting the receipt of their deposited Temporary Guarantee amount.
4 - Applicants who have obtained the Auction Participation Certificate will participate in the auction starting at 10:00 AM on Sunday, May 14, 2017. The auction will take place at the Temaşehir Konya sales office in Meram, Konya.
