Developed through a partnership between Emlak Konut GYO and Cevahir Yapı, Majör Gölyaka is set to become the latest hallmark of modern urbanization in Istanbul. The project, which will be realized under the Avcılar Firuzköy Phase 2 land tender, is meticulously designed to meet all contemporary living needs with its exceptional features.

Spanning a total residential area of 60,095 square meters, the Majör Gölyaka project includes a 5,480-square-meter mosque and an expansive 122,000-square-meter park area. Overall, the development will rise across a vast 182,000-square-meter site, offering a harmonious blend of residential, spiritual, and recreational spaces.

Payment terms for the Majör Gölyaka project have not yet been finalized.

The consortium has committed to allocating a 35% share of the land, valued at 1.661 billion liras, to Emlak Konut GYO, underscoring the project’s strategic importance and scale.
