Work has begun for Gölyaka İstanbul, a project launched by Öz Er-Ka and Fortis, who won the tender for the Emlak Konut GYO, Avcılar Firuzköy Phase 1, Part 2 plot. Currently in the pre-demand phase, the project is located right next to the Kanal İstanbul project, which will run alongside Küçükçekmece Lake.

The partnership won the tender for the 94,585-square-meter plot, consisting of 4 parcels, with a bid of 7 billion 221 million Turkish Lira. Further details about the project will be revealed in the coming days.
