The İki Konak project, developed by Vakıf GYO and İlk İnşaat in Konak, İzmir, is being constructed on a 17,700-square-meter plot. The project consists of two blocks, one with 50 floors and the other with 27 floors, housing a total of 524 residential units. The unit sizes are meticulously planned to cater to diverse needs: 1+1 units range from 86 to 89 square meters, 2+1 units span 118 to 191 square meters, 3+1 units cover 175 to 219 square meters, 4+1 units are 264 square meters, duplexes range from 172 to 233 square meters, and penthouse apartments are designed between 344 and 538 square meters.

The İki Konak project, a revenue-sharing initiative by Vakıf GYO in exchange for the sale of Plot 2, Block 8601 in Çınarlı Neighborhood, Konak District, İzmir Province, is being developed in partnership with İlk İnşaat.
