Emrullah Yedikardeş, CEO of Karmar, noted the lack of high-quality family-oriented residences in the area, with most branded projects focusing on studios and 1+1 apartments. Karmar Sakura was planned to fill this gap.
Yedikardeş emphasized that in today's Istanbul, where safety and comfort against earthquake fears are paramount, Karmar Sakura offers buyers a reliable project with a reduced 0.69% interest rate and flexible payment terms extending up to 180 months.
He highlighted that properly constructed buildings can withstand even major earthquakes, as demonstrated by the February 6, 2023, Kahramanmaraş earthquake. Buildings compliant with zoning regulations and undergoing rigorous inspections have proven resilient. "As with all our past projects, we construct every home with the same meticulous care as if we were to live in them ourselves," Yedikardeş stated.
