The New Fikirtepe project, consisting of 18 phases, comprises a total of 10,010 residential units, 256 commercial units, and 503 offices. With approximately 11,000 independent sections, the project features different apartment types in each phase. The apartments in the project vary from 1+1 to 5+1 layouts.

Payment terms for New Fikirtepe have not yet been finalized.
