Nurettin Sevencan, Chairman of the Board of Kalamış Yapı, stated, "The project is situated in the most advantageous location in Izmir in terms of transportation. We have positioned it on a 38-acre land parcel, with 12,000 square meters dedicated to residential units and 26,000 square meters allocated to landscaped areas. Ensuring the comfort of residents was our top priority during planning, which is why green and open spaces significantly outweigh the residential areas. The project comprises three blocks, with 80% of the apartments offering sea views. Currently, 30% of the project has been sold, and we aim to complete construction by January 2024, handing over the keys to the owners."

Sevencan added, "The project features landscaping that exceeds European standards, with 25 square meters of green space per apartment. We have prioritized clean energy by installing solar panels on building terraces to power common area lighting. Additionally, we have implemented rainwater harvesting systems to irrigate the landscaped areas. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to three organizations: 33% to TEGEV, 33% to HAYTAP, and 33% to the Aegean Forest Foundation. Furthermore, in collaboration with the İyilik Takipçileri Association, we will renovate the Bayındır Çırpı Mustafa Adanır Middle School."
