4- Alternatively, KİPTAŞ offers a payment plan with 20% upfront, 20% upon delivery, 20% as an interim payment, and the remaining 40% payable in 23 monthly installments.

With the slogan "A good choice for a good life," the pre-application period for the KİPTAŞ Tuzla Aydınlık Evler project began on December 13, 2021. Final applications can be submitted until December 28, 2021.

Application requirements:

To apply for the project, the applicant must be a Turkish citizen and of legal age, must not own a home (either individually or through their spouse), and must not have previously purchased a residence from KİPTAŞ. However, individuals aged 18 or older who live with their parents and do not own a home in their name may apply.

Additionally, the applicant must have resided within the boundaries of Istanbul for at least one year as of the pre-application date. For privileged groups such as residents of Aydınlı Neighborhood, the requirement is to have lived in the Aydınlı Neighborhood of Tuzla district, Istanbul, for the past year.

Pre-application fees will be fully and interest-free refunded within five (5) business days after the lottery draw date to participants who do not become primary rights holders. However, refunds made to credit or debit cards may take 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank.

If the pre-application payment was made via mobile/internet banking through a wire transfer/EFT, the refund will be credited to the IBAN number used for payment. If the payment was made by card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. For payments made via ATM or bank branch, the refund will be issued to the IBAN number provided by the participant during the application.
