Gönülbükü Mansions, located in Bodrum's Demirbükü Cove, is being developed by Arın Real Estate Investment Inc. on a sprawling 14,167-square-meter plot. The first phase of the project comprises 23 exquisite 5+1 mansions, each a masterpiece of design. Every one of these 442-square-meter mansions features a private pool, with an open-air jacuzzi nestled beside it, offering serene views of the surrounding forest and garden.
Gönülbükü Mansions offers personalized payment plans tailored to individual needs.
The architecture of Gönülbükü Mansions is uniquely shaped by the positioning of the trees.
Inspired by the ancient history of the Aegean and preserving the authentic architectural essence of Bodrum, Gönülbükü Mansions doesn’t just provide a living space—it introduces a whole new lifestyle.
Where the green of nature meets the blue of the sea, Gönülbükü Mansions is situated in Demirbükü, one of Bodrum’s most exclusive coves. Designed with a sustainability philosophy that respects the natural landscape, the mansions are planned without harming a single tree—indeed, the trees themselves dictate the architectural layout. Enhancing the comfort of residents, the project boasts a specially designed 1.5 km coastal promenade, private pier, beach, restaurant, and café.
The launch event of Gönülbükü Mansions, hosted by Arın Real Estate’s Chairman Serdar Turhan, was attended by prominent figures from the business, art, and social scenes, including Feryal Gülman, Esra Oflaz, Defne-Sinan Özer, Arzu Savgı, Aynur Özderici, Nihan-Mehmet Cansun, Mustafa Arıcı, and Emir Bahadır. In his speech, Serdar Turhan expressed his joy: "It brings me immense happiness to realize our vision of bringing nature and people together."
According to a report in Hürriyet Newspaper, national football star Yılmaz is reportedly eyeing a villa in Gönülbükü Mansions, located in Bodrum’s Demirbükü district. Valued at 2 million euros (20 million Turkish Lira), Yılmaz is said to have reached an agreement with the owner, with all transactions expected to be finalized soon.
