Located 5.5 km from Istanbul Airport and 750 meters from the Arnavutköy metro station, our Hava Kent Taşoluk 2 project will consist of 140 residential units, including 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, as well as commercial spaces. The total investment cost of the project is 34 million TL, and it will occupy a 9,000-square-meter area. Sixty percent of the project will be green space. We anticipate starting deliveries in the last quarter of 2022. All our apartments will have balconies, and the ground floors will feature garden usage areas. What sets this project apart from our others is that it will generate its own electricity through solar panels. We aim to use the energy produced here in common areas to minimize maintenance fees.
