Implemented as a social housing project through the collaboration of Başakşehir Municipality and Akar Group, Yuvam Bahçeşehir Homes garnered significant interest from citizens. The project, introduced on Friday, August 14, attracted many eager to own a happy home. The first phase, comprising 315 residences, received 12,814 applications within just 11 days.

The fact that Başakşehir Municipality acted as the guarantor for the Yuvam Bahçeşehir Homes project reassured applicants. Citizens visiting the sales office expressed confidence in applying due to the municipality's backing. Among the 12,814 applicants, the most sought-after units were the 3+1 apartments, with 6,685 registrations. Additionally, 4,832 people applied for 2+1 closed kitchen units, while 1,297 opted for 2+1 open kitchen units.

The lottery draw for the first phase of Yuvam Bahçeşehir Homes was conducted under the supervision of Emlak Konut GYO and in the presence of a notary. Due to the overwhelming response—12,814 applications in just 11 days—the lottery was expanded to include all 752 residences in the project.

Başakşehir Mayor Yasin Kartoğlu stated, "We will conduct the eagerly awaited lottery draws together. Yuvam Bahçeşehir Homes is a significant project driven by our motto, 'Housing for everyone, a home for everyone,' as we strive to make homeownership accessible. The project consists of 752 residences, including 3+1 and 2+1 units, located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city. The demand exceeded our expectations, with 12,814 applications in just 11 days—a result that delighted us. The draws will be broadcast live transparently. God willing, we will soon introduce similar housing projects. Today, on this meaningful occasion, we are honored to have the families of martyrs and veterans among us. On this 30th of August Victory Day, we bring good news: We promise to make 18 martyrs' and veterans' families homeowners. May it be auspicious."
