This is our third project in Çekmeköy, spanning 180 acres. Our previous two projects, covering 100 acres, also achieved swift sales. Our first project sold 497 units in two days, setting a record. Those two projects delivered 1,109 residences, now thriving with a 95% occupancy rate. We are now launching the third phase, with more to come, including potential fourth and fifth phases, which may be introduced earlier due to this success.'
