Emlak Konut GYO initiated its project on the Şükrü Balcı Police Center land in Florya, which had previously gone to tender twice. Valued at 1.5 billion TL, the project is located adjacent to Atatürk Airport, one of Istanbul's most prestigious areas. The land had previously been put up for tender twice under a revenue-sharing model, but the tenders were canceled due to bids falling below the minimum threshold. Emlak Konut GYO, which acquired the highly sought-after land, decided to proceed with the development. The project, named 'Emlak Konut Florya Homes,' will include 182 residences and 60 villas.
Under Emlak Konut GYO's 'Postpone Your Dreams, Turkey' campaign, half of the homes in Florya Homes were sold within just two days.
In the Emlak Konut Florya Homes project, residential units are priced at 18,000 TL per square meter, while commercial spaces are priced at 25,000 TL per square meter.
