The Has Delta project, bearing the signature of Delta Investment Holding, is being constructed on a 12,640-square-meter plot. Spanning a construction area of 100,000 square meters, the project includes a 140-room, five-star hotel, approximately 120 residential units, and 50 open-street retail shops. Comprising four blocks, each building will rise six stories above ground, while five underground floors will be allocated for parking and the hotel's service areas.

Located on the E-5 highway in Bakırköy, İncirli, Istanbul, the project will replace the site of an old cola factory—a topic of curiosity for some time. The Has family and Delta Investment Holding agreed on a 50-50 partnership for this new venture, aptly named "Has Delta." The project aims to bring value to the area while introducing new amenities to the surroundings. It features luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and a vibrant open-street retail corridor with 50 shops.
Nihat Delibalta, Chairman of Delta Investment Holding, emphasized their efforts to revitalize the long-dormant factory site for the benefit of the community. Delibalta highlighted the significance of this investment, stating, "This was once an old cola factory. We are bringing an exceptional project to the area. Notably, we opted against building a shopping mall here. Instead, we’re creating highly functional open-street retail spaces. The hotel will be equipped with all necessary amenities to meet every need. Our goal is to contribute positively to both the neighborhood and Istanbul as a whole."
Delibalta elaborated on the region's need for this project, citing nearby developments such as the planned exhibition center near Atatürk Airport and the Millet Bahçesi (Nation’s Garden) as examples of the area’s growing prominence. "Considering all these factors, along with the area’s potential to become a hub, we can better appreciate the importance of both the location and the project itself," he remarked.
Beyond its architectural grandeur, Has Delta is poised to redefine urban living in Bakırköy. The residential units will cater to modern lifestyles, featuring spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and smart home technologies. The five-star hotel will offer world-class hospitality, including fine dining, wellness facilities, and conference spaces, making it a destination for both travelers and locals.
