The Ataşehir Modern project, bearing the signature of Gergül Construction, is being built on a 61,807 square meter plot. The sale prices for Ataşehir Modern include VAT, notary fees, title deed transfer costs, occupancy permit fees, utility subscriptions (electricity, water, natural gas), one year of DASK (earthquake insurance) following the occupancy report date, condominium conversion costs, and site management fees up to the delivery date.
