The first phase of the project includes 509 villas. The Dreams Valley Riva project, which is expected to consist of 4 phases in total, features villas ranging in size from 152 square meters to 440 square meters. The second phase of Dreams Valley Riva, located in Riva—one of Istanbul’s nature-integrated living spaces—has been launched with New Year advantages. The first phase of the project, which garnered intense interest since its launch, sold out ahead of the targeted date, and demand for the second phase continues to grow.

Hakan Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board of Yılmaz Construction, stated: "With Dreams Valley Riva, we are realizing an exemplary project in Riva, one of Istanbul’s most unique natural living spaces. Dreams Valley Riva, with its aesthetic architecture, low-rise structure, and rich landscaping, will become a symbol of Riva’s renewed identity. We are building spacious detached villas with large gardens on a 1,157,000-square-meter plot overlooking Riva Creek and the Black Sea. The first phase of our project exceeded our expectations in terms of demand, prompting us to accelerate the launch of the second phase. Like the first phase, the villas in the second phase will be delivered unfinished, allowing investors to customize their homes with their preferred decoration packages (for fine craftsmanship) and move in ready-made."

Developed with the assurance of Emlak Konut GYO and built by Yılmaz Construction with an investment of 2.8 billion TL, Dreams Valley Riva is situated on an 869,362-square-meter plot where the natural landscape has been carefully preserved. The project was introduced to the market following a press conference at the sales office.

Ertan Keleş, Chairman of the Board of Emlak Konut GYO, said: "The agreement between Emlak Konut and Galatasaray was signed in 2017. Yılmaz Construction, along with Galatasaray and Emlak Konut, played a significant role in bringing the project to the public within a year. The project will span 1,157,000 square meters, with approximately 207,000 square meters designated as a private forest area. We have undertaken a remarkable effort to highlight natural living and architecture in this region. As Emlak Konut GYO, we believe this project will add significant value to the Riva area."

Mustafa Cengiz, President of Galatasaray Sports Club, remarked: "For perhaps the first time in its history, Galatasaray is generating revenue from a land investment. A model project blending with nature is coming to life on our land. Emlak Konut’s involvement ensures mutual benefit—both the state and Galatasaray stand to gain, with a 20% share for them and 80% for us. This is an extremely valuable plot with incredible potential. One of our goals here is to establish a Galatasaray primary school, and the state has responded positively to this initiative. We also own land along Riva Creek, where we plan to build a boathouse for our rowers to train, aiming to represent Turkey in the Olympics and bring home medals. Today, sports remain the most effective and healthy way to promote nations with the right perception."
