Torkam Construction emerged as the winner of KİPTAŞ's Fikirtepe tender. A significant step in the transformation of the Fikirtepe district is being taken by Torkam Construction. The Torkam Fikirtepe project, spanning a construction area of 182,198 square meters, will feature a total of 1,101 living spaces. The project will include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 housing options. Specifically, the Torkam Fikirtepe project, comprising 5 blocks, will offer 511 units of 1+1 apartments, 438 units of 2+1 apartments, 128 units of 3+1 apartments, and 24 units of 4+1 apartments. With the commencement of construction, the project aims to be ready for occupancy by December 2020.

Mahmut Dereli, Chairman of the Board of Torkam Construction, emphasized the importance of the Fikirtepe project, stating: "Fikirtepe has been one of the most talked-about neighborhoods in recent years. Many valuable projects have been and continue to be developed in this area. As Torkam Construction, we decided to contribute to Fikirtepe, leveraging our expertise and experience to add value and support the region. After winning the tender, we signed a contract with Kiptaş and immediately began our work. We signed a contract for the construction of 1,101 residential units in Kiptaş's Fikirtepe project and have taken possession of the site. Our goal is to swiftly proceed with production and deliver the good news to the rightful owners."
