In the project, 2+1 apartments measure 135 square meters, 3+1 apartments come in two variants (160 and 185 square meters), and 4+1 apartments are designed at 195 square meters. Alongside the residences, the project will include 20 commercial spaces, each spanning 500 square meters, bringing the total number of units to 186.
